This is a view of the Philbrook Mansion taken from the south garden. I took this last November but do not think I have posted it before. I was reminded of it by my friend Yogi who did a very nice post of Philbrook today in his blog Yogi's Den. It is worth a visit.

In case you are interested in a little history, my first post was May 29, 2008 with a photo of the roses along the front of my house. I started out posting photos taken with my iPhone. I was enamored by the ability to post from the iPhone directly to a blog and used it almost exclusively for until February 2009 when Saint Susan gave me a new Canon SX10 SI for my birthday. Since then I have posted almost exclusively with the canon even though I have to load them to my computer first. The iPhone is still good for a on-the-fly post.
With the better camera I would like to display a larger picture rather than ask you to click on the image to see a larger format. While I like the template I have been using it has rounded corners and it a lot of trouble to modify. So I have come up with a new one that might work better. What do you think?

Yes indeed, I like this format a lot! Is it an e-blogger template? I love posting photos and this looks like a very good format for such activities.
ReplyDeleteIt looks very nice. Larger is usually better until they get too big. I am enjoying your posts.
ReplyDeleteThe new template is Minima Dark with a couple of modifications. I can post details if there is interest. It was pretty simple. I will convert to this soon. I need to be sure I don't shoot myself in the foot.
